On Saturday 8th February I spent the day down at Goodness Brewery – to host a workshop as part of the inaugural #WeLoveWoodGreen community festival!
Promising a celebration of culture and well-being in Wood Green, the line-up brought together an exciting mix of music, arts, food and creative workshops. The event was accessible, open to all and thankfully blessed with beautiful sunshine!
Workshops welcomed all ages and interests, including samba, capoeria, rap therapy, jewellery making, T-shirt screen printing and my own drawing-focused workshop – Design + Brand your own Beer (or soft drink).
Live music took centre stage (quite literally) through the day and into the evening, with local live bands and DJs including Da Lata, Filthy Militia, Hoverfly, Miss Havishams Digital Clock, Mr Boogie and many more.
